7 lessons to learn from Anthony Joshua’s fall and rise

A big congratulation to Anthony Joshua, the two times world heavy weight champion of the world. AJ came with a strategy and tactically execute the plan. His failure on June 1st has taught him very big lesson about people and the pressure they put on you. This time he was not fighting to excite people but for himself. It was about his respect and his identity. He was focused and had a laser focus to just win any way it came. Win was the end goal, it did not matter how it came. Win he did. I had followed the pre-match to the match and even the post match and this are the lessons i gleaned for the CHAMPION.

There are many fights that can’t be won except from distance (jab and move is the strategy). Many of us are losing the battle of life because we are too close to the vulnerability of our enemy, there are many people who should see from distance. I noted that Andy was very friendly, nice and humble guy. This are the kind of enemies that you should fear the most, they are sleek, honestly we do not know we need to stay far from them until they had hit us hard and strip us of our championship title. Some of this giants are more experienced than you, they know you more than you know yourself, you need to stay away from them and one of this big battle is YOU. Yes, You. Anyone who can conquer himself has won half of life battle. Alexandra the great and Andy Ruiz noted that they could not conquer themselves. Andy fell to over celebration and Alexandra fell to alcohol after they both conquer the world.

2. People don’t care about the process, they care only about result. A lot of people don’t care about your dream, aspiration and your battles. The media men and the audience don’t care if you got hit in the boxing ring of life. All they care is the result, is it a win or lose. If it is win they famz you, if it is a lose they mock you. Understanding who you are early in life will do a great deal to help you stay focus and balanced.

3. Real men(leaders) don’t give excuses they sob (cry) and take responsibility even when they are not at fault or fail. It is a lie that men should not or don’t cry. Telling a man not cry is telling the man to lose his humanity. It is great to cry, it is an appetizer, it is a leverage, don’t ever hide your emotion, they will get back at you. Pour them out behind close doors, pour them out before a mirror and spend time to be with yourself. The best person you can ever be with is you. Be empathetic but don’t be sympathetic. Be courageous to face yourself with the reality. Keep people with positive vibes and still be blunt with you close. They do it because of the love. They will not flatter you for anything. They see you as them. They are not afraid of you succeeding more then them.

4. Prepare, Act and then allow instinct lead you in real time. You should spend all the time preparing and planning the strategy to win. Don’t relent in putting the work in. stay consistent. Consistency is the new speed. Discipline is the new sprint. Take in the pain in the hiding, every bit of pain is a day full of laughter in preparation. Don’t only prepare, act. Act accordingly in the battle ground. Act according to plan but when event not anticipated occur in the boxing ring depend on your instinct. It will not fail. The universe will always be on the side of the one who put in consistent and disciplined hard work needed to win. You have got to master the act and not depend on luck. Learn fast, unlearn with speed, and relearn with turbo acceleration. You are not your failure. Learn from coach, teachers, friends, family, former foes, and everything you can think of. Leaders are learners. You are a champion.

5. MINDSET: Mindset is key to everything. You win because of mindset. you lose because of mindset. turn your mindset to the side you want. it is either you believe it or you are not. The biggest battle is fought in the mind, the mind always engaging us to tell us all what we are not and what we should be. We must turn up the positive voice in our inner soul it becomes our everyday result. If you can beat the mind battle then you can win any battle.

6. Be flexible and humble : Every battle has its own peculiarity. You cannot approach the battle of yesterday with the last fight tactics. You have got to be flexible and humble in both victory and failure. In your failure you will know your best family, in winning you will know your fans. There is a big difference between fans and family. Some people say we need people who celebrate us in victory to me i say we need does who celebrate and stay honest in our down time. It is hard to believe in someone who is down. It takes a lot of love and grit to do that. So be humble.

7. A great team consist of those who 100% believe in you(positive vibes, energy is transferable). Keep the best people with positive vibe and balance around you. The inner circle will do a lot to consolidate the inner strength of a deep believe in yourself. Your team is the best asset you can every take to the battle. A balance and very competent team will do you more good than you. Together we can do much more. There is nothing like self-made. Self-made is a mirage. We all need each other to succeed in the competition of life. Fight for you not anybody. Fight to win not for the knock-out. Fight for now not future. Fight one round at a time not for the 12th or 3rd round. in all a great ATTITUDE is all the above. ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING.

Nigeria will win

I know you are wondering how will Nigerian election end? We are bordered with the question; Would Nigeria’s woe continue in the next 4 years? Would Nigeria make the right choice? Would Nigeria’s election end in violence and what will the effect be on both Nigeria and the international community?

I am optimist that Nigeria will win. Are you surprise? Yes, i mean whatever way it goes Nigeria will win. I am very Optimistic that if the election is rigged or not, Nigeria will win. The victory may not become evident immediately but this election i am optimistic that Nigeria will win. I am not afraid and i am not in doubt that this election will herald the beginning of a new dawn of Nigeria.

I am not seeing candidates but i see all work in favor of the populace. To the politician who may think that is a joke, it will be in your favor if you use your public office for good now else those 13.5 Million out of school children will soon be your security pain and close to them are the millions of unemployed youth who are already thinking about finding an alternative route. I will not continue with statistics that you know.

The only one thing i am sure of is that Nigeria will WIN. Get your PVC,
Go to the polling booth, Vote your conscience without collecting bride, stay and see your vote counted, Protect your vote and go home rest assured that Nigeria will WIN.
